Greensky Bluegrass closed out their Summer Tour 2019 propper at Jay Peak Resort in Jay, Vermont on Saturday night. The jamgrass outfit welcomed frequent collaborator Cris Jacobs as the opening band and as a guest to close out their first set, which included the Jacobs original and Greensky recent staple “Bone Digger.”

Greensky got things underway with “Burn Them,” “Take Cover,” “Collateral Damage” and “The Radio Blues.” The band continued on with “In Control,” “A Letter to Seymour” and “Leap Year.” Greensky would then bring out Jacobs for a rendition of the Bill Monroe classic “I’m Working On A Building” before closing out the first set with the Jacobs-penned “Bone Digger.”

The second set got going with “Murder of Crows,” “Atlantic City,” “Worried About the Weather” and “Do It Alone.” Greensky then offered up a “Courage For The Road” sandwich with “Reuben’s Train” in the middle. “Do Harm,” “Jaywalking” and “Wings for Wheels” followed ahead of the second set closer of “Ain’t No Bread In The Breadbox.” Greensky would retake the stage for a fitting encore of “Drink Up And Go Home” to close out the evening.
