Courtney Barnett Performs On ‘The Tonight Show’ & KFOG

Courtney Barnett today issued her sophomore album Tell Me How You Really Feel. The guitarist performed a song from the record on Thursday’s episode of The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon and recently played a solo private concert for San Francisco-based radio station KFOG.

Barnett was backed by bassist Bones Sloane, keyboardist Katie Harkin and drummer Dave Mudie during her Tonight Show appearance. They performed the Tell Me How You Really Feel track “Nameless, Faceless,” watch here:

The southpaw Austrailian picker played a solo acoustic set for KFOG, kicking off with new album cuts “Need A Little Time” and the aforementioned “Nameless, Faceless.” Barnett then chatted with host Matt Diablo before a rendition of “Depreston” from her 2015 debut LP Sometimes I Sit And Think, And Sometimes I Just Sit. She closed out her private concert with “Sunday Roast” from the record that’s out today. Watch her solo KFOG session below:
