Circles Around The Sun Share ‘Gilbert’s Groove’ Official Video

Not only did the Fare Thee Well – Celebrating 50 Years Of Grateful Dead concerts give us five shows worth of music from the surviving members of the Dead, Trey Anastasio, Bruce Hornsby and Jeff Chimenti, but they also featured new music at each setbreak created by guitarist Neal Casal’s Circles Around The Sun outfit.
The Dead-esque compositions Casal and his troupe created were a big hit and last month Rhino released the intermission music as Interludes For The Dead. Director Mark Wiitanen has created psychedelic visuals worthy of the music to accompany Circles Around The Sun’s “Gilbert’s Groove” for the band’s first official video. Take a look:
