Brittany Howard Joins Paul McCartney At Lollapalooza

Paul McCartney closed the first day of Lollapalooza by filing the headliner slot Friday night with a set the mixed classics he recorded with The Beatles as well as number of hits from his solo career. Midway through his multi-song encore, Sir Paul welcomed Alabama Shakes frontwoman Brittany Howard to the stage for a performance of The Beatles’ “Get Back.”
Howard emerged with her guitar and shared vocal duties with McCartney. The lively performance was captured by YouTube user RTMorasonMD and can be seen below:
