Alanis Morissette, Nathaniel Rateliff & Stephen Wilson Jr. Join Brandi Carlile At Red Rocks
The guests took the stage across a three-night run at the scenic amphitheater near Denver.

Brandi Carlile played three nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado this weekend. Alanis Morissette, Nathaniel Rateliff and opener Stephen Wilson Jr. shared the scenic outdoor stage with Carlile and her bandmates at various times throughout run.
Carlile’s Red Rocks return began on Friday when she was joined by Tish Melton for “Coat of Many Colors,” Dolly Parton’s song that’s been regularly played by Carlile in recent weeks. The tribute to Parton, who died last month at age 80, continued with Carlile performing the country music legend’s signature songs, “Jolene” and “I Will Always Love You.”
Alanis Morissette’s “Uninvited” is another recent setlist staple for Carlile, who included it in Friday’s encore. Morissette made a surprise appearance alongside Carlile during Saturday’s encore, which included “Uninvited,” as well as Morissette’s 1990s hit “Hand In My Pocket.”
Stephen Wilson Jr. also returned to the stage on Saturday to join Carlile on a duet performance of Ben E. King’s classic “Stand By Me.”
Nathaniel Rateliff was then brought out during Sunday’s encore for the Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton popularized “Islands In The Stream.” Sunday’s show also saw Carlile perform “I Belong To You” and a version of “You And Me On The Rock” alongside her wife, Catherine Carlile.
