The inaugural Blacklisted Music & Arts Festival will be held at Los Angeles State Historic Park in Los Angeles on July 29. Organizers of the new event have recently laid out the initial lineup for Blacklisted ’17.
Blacklisted aims to shed a light on injustice. “Our eyes are on China but our mission is universal. We’re dedicated to shedding a light on injustice, and we’d rather be blacklisted than remain silent,” reads a note on the festival’s website. moe., Citizen Cope, Beats Antique and Talib Kweli will headline the new event. The Main Squeeze, Jungle Fire, Ethio Cali, Courtney Dowe and Trapdoor Social are also among the acts on the initial lineup. Check out the full initial lineup below.
