Billy & The Kids Announce Guests For Capitol Theatre Concerts
The Slip’s Brad and Andrew Barr will join Bill Kreutzmann’s band at The Cap.

Brad Barr and Andrew Barr of The Slip are set to perform with Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann’s Billy & The Kids for their upcoming Capitol Theatre concerts. The shows take place in Port Chester, New York Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21 as part of the Daze of The Dead run on the East and West coasts.
Multi-instrumentalist Brad Barr and drummer Andrew Barr will join core “Kids” guitarist Tom Hamilton, keyboardist Aron Magner and bassist Reed Mathis in backing up Kreutzmann, who praised the Barr brothers in an Instagram post.
“I’ve been waiting years for this moment — and if you’ve ever heard The Slip, then you know why. And if you haven’t, allow me to introduce you to the Barr brothers, who will be joining my band for these two very special shows.”
