Billy Strings Expands 2018 Fall Tour

Guitarist Billy Strings already had an extensive tour planned for this fall yet recently added more dates to the run. Strings and his band will follow a summer heavy on festival appearances by focusing on headlining concerts in the autumn.

Billy Strings, bassist Royal Masat, banjo player Billy Failing and mandolinist Jarrod Walker confirmed appearances in Stoughton (Wisconsin) on September 28, Dallas on November 7, New Orleans on November 10, Dothan (Alabama) on November 13, Greenville (South Carolina) on November 17 and Manitou Springs (Colorado) on November 29. The new dates come as part of a fall tour heavy on dates in the Midwest, Southeast and West Coast.


As reported, Strings recently sat-in with The Wood Brothers on a cover of Allen Toussaint’s “Get Out Of My Life, Woman” in Maine. Watch fan-shot footage of the collaboration captured by Leo Norton:
