Très Bien: Billie Eilish Covers The Beatles’ ‘Michelle’ In Paris
Watch the gorgeous version of the Rubber Soul classic from the pop star’s second of two nights at Accor Arena.

Billie Eilish worked a surprise cover of the Beatles' “Michelle” into her concert Wednesday in Paris. Eilish debuted her stripped-down rendition accompanied by a drummer, guitarist and two backing vocalists towards the middle of her second of two shows at Accor Arena.
The pop star recently selected the Rubber Soul classic as one of her favorite Beatles songs when asked by British Vogue. “Michelle” was a fitting choice for the Parisian crowd with part of its lyrics sung in French.

Billie Eilish is currently on tour in support of her 2024 album, Hit Me Hard And Soft. Eilish leaned heavily on the record last night, as she has throughout the excursion. Wednesday’s 22-song setlist featured eight tracks from the Grammy-winning LP.
“Michelle,” written by Paul McCartney with help from John Lennon, is the latest surprise cover that Eilish has performed. Billie premiered her take on Paramore’s “The Only Exception” on Tuesday night in Paris.

Billie Eilish returns to the stage on Saturday, June 14 for her first of two shows in Barcelona. The European/U.K. leg of her tour continues through July 27. Shows in Japan and the U.S. follow.
