Beck Shares Taste Of Funky New Single | Dreams

Beck’s Grammy-winning most recent album, Morning Phase, was a mellow affair in tune with 2002’s Sea Change. The singer songwriter has just shared a taste of a new song titled “Dreams” and sources in Beck’s camp told Radio.com “‘Dreams’ is a new track that does a complete 180 degree turn from the hushed nature of Morning Phase and harkens back to upbeat, funky and fun sounds of albums like 1999’s Midnite Vultures.” From the short sample that take on “Dreams” seems right on:
Beck spoke with 98.7 FM and confirms “Dreams” will be released at midnight ET on Sunday night/Monday morning. He also revealed he’s been working on a new album for over two years and expects to debut some of the material live this summer. Listen to the interview:
