Beck recently released the Paisley Park Sessions EP as an Amazon Music exclusive. Pro-shot videos featuring the three songs Beck and his band recorded at Prince’s famed facility have now been shared.
Earlier this year, Beck was invited to become the first major artist to record at Paisley Park’s Studio A since Prince’s tragic death in 2016. Beck led his band through a medley of Prince hits “Raspberry Beret,” “When Doves Cry,” “Kiss” and “1999” for a track dubbed “The Paisley Experience.” In addition, Beck and company laid down streamlined arrangements of two of his own songs: “Where It’s At” from 1996’s Odelay and “Up All Night” from 2017’s Colors.
