While rumors circulate that The Rolling Stones will play a rehearsal gig today in Los Angeles ahead of the May 24th Zip Code Tour opening show in San Diego, the band did confirm opening acts for most of the performances on the tour. Grace Potter, Gary Clark Jr., Kid Rock, St. Paul & The Broken Bones and The Avett Brothers are among the artists set to open for the legendary rockers on the tour.

Clark Jr. will open in San Diego, while Kid Rock kicks off the festivities in Columbus on May 30. Potter supports the Stones in both Minneapolis (June 3) and Arlington, Texas (June 6). St. Paul & The Broken Bones have been tapped to open in Atlanta (June 9), The Temperance Movement opens in Orlando (June 12), country star Brad Paisley does the honors in Nashville (June 17), AWOLNATION kicks off the Pittsburgh show (June 20), Buddy Guy opens at Summerfest in Milwaukee (June 23) and Ed Sheeran supports in Kansas City (June 27).

Local favorites The Avett Brothers will open for The Stones in Raleigh on July 1, Walk The Moon kicks things off in Detroit (July 8) and St. Paul & The Broken Bones return to open in Buffalo (July 11). As of press time no opening act for the Indianapolis show (July 4) has been announced.
