Audio | Howard Stern Show Visits Phish Lot

If you tuned into the beginning of this morning’s The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM you might have caught a segment about JamBase favorites Phish. The show sent correspondent Wolfie to one of the band’s summer performances at The Mann in Philadelphia, where he interviewed a handful of attendees. As you can imagine, the Stern Show went for the low-hanging fruit and mostly focused on drug use.

It’s not the best depiction of the Phish scene and certainly perpetuates an ignorant and stereotypical view of the band’s fans, but that’s to be expected from the King of All Media and his crew. Sadly, there was little talk of the actual music the Vermonters make, but hey…it’s a comedy show. Take a listen:
