Singer-songwriter/fiddler Amanda Shires completed a run of show supporting Greensky Bluegrass that included a few collaborations onstage over the five-night run. One such sit-in occurred in Park City, Utah and featured Shires accompanying GSBG on a cover, and more.
Shires opened for Greensky in Flagstaff, Arizona on Thursday, August 3, in Grand Junction, Colorado on Friday, August 4 and as part of the Deer Valley Music Festival in Park City, Utah on Saturday, August 5 and again last night. The show on Saturday at Park City’s Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater saw Shires sit-in on both Harry Styles’ “Late Night Talking” and John Hartford’s “Steam Powered Aereo Plane.”

The Styles cover was a first-time performance for Greensky Bluegrass but Shires, who sang lead with the help of mandolinist Paul Hoffman, has covered the song in concert several times. Official audio of Saturday’s collab with Shires, and the rest of Greensky Bluegrass’ two-set show, can be streamed via nugs.net below:
