Saturday was a two-set “An Evening With” show after Anna Moss opened most dates on a run that started at The Siren in Morro Bay, California on February 9. The quartet kicked off their visit to Seattle with oldie “Blew Out The Walls” and the recently debuted Zach Gill number “Hot Damn.” ALO then delivered the classic “Cowboys and Chorus Girls,” drummer Ezra Lipp‘s “Cool Wind” and “The Rain” off their 2019 EP Creatures Vol 1: Spark.

Anna Moss was the evening’s first guest as she led ALO through a cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams” and her own “Amnesty.” The four-piece then went it alone to cap the frame by pairing “Just A Spark” and “Lady Loop.”

ALO got the final set of this year’s Tour d’Amour underway with “IV Part 1 (Wasting Time)” and the beloved “Walls Of Jericho.” Guitarist Jay Cobb Anderson then emerged to front the group on Shocking Blue’s 1969 hit “Venus.” Anna Moss came out towards the end of “Venus” for a sax solo. After the stage was cleared of guests, the band played bassist Steve Adams‘ “Oil.” More recently debuted fare followed “Baby Blind Spot” and “Girl, I Wanna Lay You Down” in the form of Lebo (Dan Lebowitz)‘s “Belief” to end the set.

Anna Moss, Jay Cobb Anderson and ALO returned to collaborate on Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now” and Moss stuck around for Michael Jackson’s “Rock With You” to start the evening’s three-song encore. The four members of ALO remained onstage to end the set and tour with “Maria.”
