ALL IN Festival Reveals Allman Brothers Band Dreamset Lineup
Chuck Leavell, Duane Betts and JoJo Hermann are among the participants.
Organizers of the inaugural ALL IN Music & Arts Festival detailed the lineup for an all-star “dreamset” devoted to the songs of The Allman Brothers Band. The performance comes on the first night of the event, which will take place at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis on September 3 and 4.
Former ABB keyboardist Chuck Leavell will be joined by guitarist Duane Betts, Widespread Panic keyboardist JoJo Hermann and percussionist Domingo “Sunny” Ortiz, bassist Berry Oakley Jr., drummer Gerry Hansen and guitarist Johnny Stachela for The Allman Brothers Band Dream Set at ALL IN on Saturday, September 3. The String Cheese Incident’s Bill Nershi, blues guitarist Samantha Fish and Dixie Dregs guitarist Steve Morse are aboard as featured artists. Special guests and surprises are expected.
Both The Allman Brothers Band dreamset and one honoring Tom Petty on Sunday, September 4 are produced by Paul Peck who has put together Bonnaroo SuperJams and PoWoW sets at the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival. Daryl Hall & John Oates, Portugal. The Man and Trampled by Turtles are among other acts set to perform at ALL IN on Saturday, September 3. The lineup for Sunday, September 4 includes Cage The Elephant, John Fogerty, Death Cab For Cutie and more.
