The Who Postpone Next Three Shows Of Tour

The Who have announced they are postponing the next three The Who Hits 50! tour dates. Roger Daltrey is battling swollen vocal cords leading doctors to advise he remain on vocal rest this week.

The three shows affected are a performance in Kansas City that was supposed to take place tonight, Thursday’s show in St Louis at the Scottrade Center and Saturday’s performance in Louisville at the KFC Yum! Arena. The new show dates will be announced shortly and tickets for these shows will be honored at the rescheduled dates. It is expected that the tour will resume next Monday, May 11 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

In other The Who news, the band will release Live At Shea Stadium 1982 on DVD, SD Blu-rday and digital formats June 29 via Eagle Rock Entertainment. This will be the first official release of the full show and features restored footage and newly mixed sound.
