The North Coast Music Festival will once again be held at Chicago’s Union Park over Labor Day Weekend, September 4 -6. Organizers have revealed the lineup of artists heading to the Windy City for the festival’s 6th annual installment.

The Chemical Brothers -making their return after appearing at the inaugural NCMF in 2010 -and first-timers D’Angelo and The Vanguard will headline the festival. Expect a third headliner to be announced Tuesday, May 12. The diverse lineup also includes confirmed performers such as The Roots, The Disco Biscuits, Galactic with Macy Gray, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead and Turbo Suit featuring Joel Cummins of Umphrey’s McGee, along with several others. The Silent Disco will again be on site as well as the “Living Gallery” graffiti area presented by Elder Tree.

Tickets for the festival are currently on sale via the festival’s website. Official late night after parties will be announced at a later date. Those with tickets to the festival will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to the after shows prior to the general public on sale.
