David Letterman has a special relationship with The Black Crowes as the Georgia Rockers made their network TV debut on Late Night in 1990 and have since returned to both Late Night and The Late Show many times over the years.

We’ve compiled a few of our favorite Crowes on Letterman performances from throughout the years. Let’s start with the band’s network TV debut as members of The Crowes team with members of Letterman house band, The World’s Most Dangerous Band, for “Jealous Again” in 1990:

Later in 1990 members of The Black Crowes paired with members of The World’s Most Dangerous Band for a rollicking “Hard To Handle”:

In 1994 The Black Crowes visited The Late Show for a rendition of “Feelin’ Alright”:

Before the Crowes went on hiatus in 2001 they stopped by The Late Show to perform “Soul Singing”:

One of the band’s most recent visits took place in 2009, when The Black Crowes treated Dave and the audience to “Good Morning Captain”:
