My Morning Jacket is slowly releasing bits of information to the world. Last week we reported on their free single (info and download available here) "Evil Urges" from the album of the same name which will be released on June 10 through ATO. We also told you about their upcoming Saturday Night Live engagement (May 10) as well as their gig on The Great Lawn at Louisville Waterfront Park on Saturday, August 16. Today we are here to report on their headlining show with The Black Keys at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on August 21. Tickets go on sale April 26.

OH MY GOD

finally a true reason to go to RR this year. other than this, it's lookin supe. wack.

almost all other lineups fall into one of these categories;

extremely high ticket prices [hey bro, we can go see steely dan for only 95 bucks! (probably like $108.63 with ticket master bullshit)]

plain shitty, super mainstream acts like sugarland, insane clown posse, 311, foo fighters

or just not-so-shitty huge sellout shows that should be at the pepsi center.

and i saw mmj last year with bob dylan... they should have headlined. no joke.

cant wait for the keys
