SeepeopleS Tour/Bradford Solo

Will Bradford, lead singer, guitarist and primary songwriter for the band SeepeopleS, recently finished recording three new songs at Starlight Studios in Asheville, North Carolina, to be used in an upcoming independent film, "The Legend of Cody Collins." The songs are available for streaming at More information on initial screenings of the film will be posted on the band's website. The songs are the first previews of a forthcoming solo album by Will Bradford, also currently being recorded at Starlight Studios. There will be a lot of music on the way for 2008 from SeepeopleS camp. This of course includes the upcoming fourth full-length album, Apocalypse Cow Vol. 2, (the follow up to the 2007 release, Apocalypse Cow. Vol. 1), which is being recorded at the familiar setting of Chillhouse Studios in Boston with long-time SeepeopleS producer Will Holland (Pixies, Dead Can Dance). As usual, the album promises to be overly ambitious, perplexing, anthemic and monstrous in scope. "Fans of the band's second album, The Corn Syrup Conspiracy, will probably like the second installment of Apocalypse Cow series more than the first," states Bradford. "It is certainly a return to the electronica-freak out roots we were once known for. 'Epic' might be a good way to describe it."

The band has also announced the first tour dates of 2008, starting with an East Coast run from the band's former home in the Northeast, to the Southeast, where the band is now based. Fans can expect to hear lots of new songs from both Apocalypse Cow Vol. 2, and the forthcoming Will Bradford solo album, as well as further improvements on the already visually stunning combination of moving lights and video screens. The band is also scheduled to appear at the Camp Jam Festival in Lacoochee, FL. Other confirmed acts include the Burnin Smyrnans, Strut, Laura Reed and Deep Pocket. Tour dates are listed below.

Cleofus. I'm not sure if you haven't been impressed because the don't play 20 minute jams, or if you just can't wrap your brain around their unique sound.

Like them or not, their talent level is well beyond many many groups in the festival community. It's funny how rock bands get slammed on on Jambase all the time.
