Update: The audio has been taken down, but the pro-shot video remains!
We've read many raves about Jack White's headlining set at Bonnaroo last weekend and now those who
weren't down on the farm can experience the Nashville resident's performance for
themselves. Check out pro-shot footage of the set below.
Speaking of Reddit, read what one fan had to say about White's set in Manchester:
Who else was absolutely blown away by that performance? Jack White comes out and says,
"Come on, Tennessee, I KNOW you!" And then kicks into high gear for fucking 26 song long
setlist. Everything about his performance was absolutely flawless. I've seen Jack headline
at Sasquatch, watched videos of other performances of his and I have NEVER seen him as
happy and stoked and energetic as he was during that set. Tennessee is his home and he
headlined at Tennessee's crown jewel festival and fucking owned it. It's supposedly his
favorite festival, and he got to fucking headline it. It felt like everything he's ever
done led up to that performance. Never will the cards fall as perfectly as they did for
Jack White that night. That was his fucking moment and he knew it. Everyone in the crowd
was freaking out about how awesome the show was. All of his solos were face-melting. I
have never experienced a concert that made me as happy to be there as that one did. My
friend even cried during his set. How often does someone cry from the beauty of something
like a Jack White set? This was a seriously special set and if you didn't stick around,
you really missed out. Blew every other of the hundreds of concerts I've seen out of the
fucking water. Anyone else on the same page as me here?
