Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers Hint At Fenway Visit

As we mentioned yesterday we’re on the cusp of a Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers tour announcement. Yesterday, the band shared a map of the U.S. with the caption “coming soon” on their Facebook page and today they’ve posted another “coming soon” photo displaying a familiar scene.

The photo, which can be viewed above, shows the iconic manual scoreboard at Boston’s historic Fenway Park. Petty and the Heartbreakers have never played Fenway Park in the past, but it sure seems as if that will soon change. Both Billy Joel and the Zac Brown Band have Fenway Park concerts scheduled for June. Past Fenway performers include Phish, The Police, Bruce Springsteen and the Dave Matthews Band.
