Strawberry Music Festival Fall 2016

Strawberry Music opens and closes the festival season on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends with two family friendly camping music festivals annually, in two unique locations in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. This year Strawberry presents the gold standard in main stage entertainment, intimate side stage performances, top notch children’s programming, workshops and activities for the whole family, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

The Fall 2016 Festival will take place at Westside in Tuolumne on Thursday, September 1st through Monday, September 5th. Westside offers an expanse of natural beauty and wild charisma of oak woodland situated adjacent to Tuolumne, at the center of which is a great park, ball diamond, swimming pool, and more. Camping amenities include hot showers, a limited number of flush toilets, clean portable toilets, hand washing stations, access to potable water. There are many hiking and bicycling trails that offer wildlife viewing in the riparian areas of Turnback creek, wind up and around ancient, rusty relics, and crest the hilltop to present vistas of the Tuolumne River canyon and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. You can explore the scenery of the Sierra foothills or settle in for the weekend with a variety of cuisine available in the food court and lots of great shopping opportunities.
