Over the past few years, Pete Francis has headlined Madison Square Garden with his rock-trio outfit Dispatch, released and toured behind his alt-country/folk-rock solo band effort Iron Sea & the Cavalry, and mentored/collaborated with good friends & break-out act Barefoot Truth performing at festivals, colleges and venues all over the US. So what’s next? Well, if you know anything about Pete, you already know that it will be something in a totally different direction
Pete will be heading into the studio in October to record what he says will be “the start of my new sound”. We can all just wait and see. In the meantime, Pete will be taking this new material on to the stage for the first time in September for rare, intimate solo performances. He will be getting one last feel for the tunes to see which direction they may take once in the studio.
