About Jamie McLean
Jamie McLean has toured around the world a few times over with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band. In addition, Jamie has been focusing on his own song-writing abilities. Over the last year and a half, songs of a more personal nature have made their way to the surface of Jamie’s unconscious and during time off from the road he has gravitated towards his New Orleans porch with acoustic guitar in hand. The album features a much wider sampling of Jamie’s musical palette which features his use of electric, acoustic and slide guitars as well as lead and backing vocals on songs ranging from longing ballads to emphatic energetic rockers.
