Yonder Mountain String Band Announces Winter Tour 2017

Colorado jamgrass act Yonder Mountain String Band has detailed the group’s first tour of the New Year. YMSB’s Winter Tour 2017 will include a number of dates featuring The Railsplitters as support and a handful of co-bills with G. Love & Special Sauce.

The tour begins a few weeks after the band’s New Year’s Eve show at the Boulder Theater with a performance at The Bluebird in Bloomington, Indiana on January 19. From there, Yonder focuses on the Midwest for shows in St. Louis, Madison and Iowa City before heading towards the south for gigs in State College, Carrboro, Charleston, Columbia, Nashville, Knoxville, Coverington and Asheville. An early February run in Florida includes concerts in Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and St. Petersburg. G. Love & Special Sauce share the bill in Orlando and St. Petersburg as well as shows in Atlanta, New Orleans, Austin and Dallas. Yonder concludes the tour at George’s Majestic in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 19.
