More acts reportedly set to play Woodstock 50 have been revealed by Variety. The Black Keys, Jay-Z, The Raconteurs, Run The Jewels, Gary Clark Jr., Cage The Elephant, Greta Van Fleet, Margo Price, Sturgill Simpson, Portugal. The Man, Dawes, The Lumineers, Bishop Briggs, Pussy Riot, Courtney Barnett and Dorothy are in according to Variety, who mentions all are subject to change before anything is made official. Variety adds Halsey, Miley Cyrus, Janelle Monae and Brandi Carlile “are said to be finalizing their commitments” as is Robert Plant.

After earlier reports of financial problems, it appears Woodstock 50 is going forward at Watkins Glen International racetrack in Watkins Glen, New York August 16 – 18. Billboard reports Dead & Company, Santana, The Killers, Imagine Dragons and Chance The Rapper will perform at the event.

“There’s always been lots of rumors around Woodstock,” co-organizer Michael Lang said in a statement to Billboard. “We have excellent partners and an incredible talent lineup of over 80 artists which will be announced within the next couple of weeks. We’re preparing a once in a lifetime event.” Billboard reveals that payment issues have been resolved and financial backer Dentsu has worked through problems regarding the capacity of the event, which is expected to draw 100K.

While the lineup was originally due in February, it is now expected later this month. Billboard’s source also states Superfly is working with organizers to handle logistics for Woodstock 50. The event comes in celebration of the original Woodstock, which took place in Bethel, New York August 15 – 18, 1969 featuring Jimi Hendrix, Santana, the Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin and many others.
