The Wood Brothers confirmed their lengthy Fall Tour 2021. The band’s 34-city trek spans September 16 – December 12 and includes a handful of December dates announced earlier this spring.

The tour comes in support of the trio’s 2020 album Kingdom In My Mind. “This will really be the first time we get to develop the material from Kingdom In My Mind in a live setting,” explained Oliver Wood who is joined in the band by bassist Chris Wood and multi-instrumentalist Jano Rix. “We were only able to play about 20 shows surrounding the album’s release in January 2020 before we had to come off the road. So it’ll be exciting to finally share these songs and see how they evolve over a good long stretch of dates.”

Oliver, Chris and Jano kick off the extensive fall tour in Texas with stops in Houston on September 16, Austin on September 17 and Dallas on September 18. The three-piece then heads to Oklahoma for concerts in Oklahoma City on September 19 and Tulsa on September 20 ahead of a swing through Missouri featuring performances in St. Louis on September 22 and Kansas City on September 23. Omaha hosts the band on September 24 before they team with Lake Street Dive for a sold-out, rescheduled show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on September 26.

The Wood Brothers return to the road in November for a trip to California that includes dates in Solana Beach, San Luis Obispo, Oakland and Redding with a stop in Crystal Bay, Nevada coming between the final two California shows. It’s then off to the Pacific Northwest for concerts in Oregon and Washington. Next up is a Midwest run in November featuring stops in Minneapolis, Stoughton (Wisconsin), Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Sioux City (Iowa), Springfield (Missouri) and Louisville.

Florida hosts The Wood Brothers in early December for concerts in Ponte Vedra on the 1st, Ocala on the 2nd, Lake Wales on the 3rd, Key West on the 4th and Hollywood on the 5th. From there, the trio heads to Alabama for shows in Decatur and Birmingham before they wrap the run at Atlanta’s Variety Playhouse December 11 – 12.

A Spotify Fans First pre-sale begins on Wednesday, June 16. Tickets for the newly announced shows besides Redding and Stoughton go on this Friday, June 18 at 10 a.m. local time. Redding and Stoughton on-sale dates are to be determined.
