While Zilber owns the 198-acre property, it leases the venue to Live Nation, who puts on the concerts at the shed. There are approximately five and a half years left on Live Nation’s lease and the landlord is not responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of the Property for the duration of the lease term. “This is an asset Zilber Property Group has owned for nearly 20 years, and we want to continue to focus on our core competencies, which is industrial, office and home development,” said John Kersey, vice president of Zilber Property, as per Milwaukee Business Journal.
