Wilco released a new video for “A Lifetime To Find.” The track appears on the band’s 2022 album, Cruel Country, which was issued digitally on May 27 and received a physical release date today.

The 21-track Cruel Country is set to arrive in two-disc LP and CD formats on January 20th via dBpm (pre-order). Created by Grammy-winning designer Lawrence Azerrad, the Cruel Country grateful package boasts band photos and a unique panel of postcards. A limited 5,000-copy run of red and white color vinyl LPs can be found in independent record stores.

Coinciding with the physical copy release date announcement and just in time for Halloween, Wilco released a music video for the Cruel County cut “A Lifetime To Find.” Shot at the Elks Lodge in North Adams, Massachusetts where Wilco holds their Solid Sound Festival, the visual sees the band — Jeff Tweedy, John Stirratt, Glenn Kotche, Mikael Jorgensen, Pat Sansone and Nels Cline — performing but also humorously encountering Death, whom “A Lifetime To Find” is something of an open letter to.
