The hard-driving song is sung by guitarist John Bell and in typical Widespread Panic fashion all six members of the band share credit for writing “Little By Little.” The previous studio single from Widespread was 2020's “Sundown Betty.”
Widespread Panic’s last studio album, Street Dogs, arrived in 2015. Original songs debuted by the band since that time besides “Little By Little” and “Sundown Betty” include “Halloween Face,” “We Walk Each Other Home,” “King Baby,” “Blue Carousel” and “Tackle Box Hero.”
