Widespread Panic Keyboardist JoJo Hermann Unveils Christmas-Themed Instrumentals

JoJo Hermann of Widespread Panic continued an annual tradition of sharing new music as a holiday gift for fans. The keyboardist’s 2023 treat is a collection of three Christmas-themed instrumentals.
Hermann’s new original compositions are entitled “Christmas at St. Louis,” “Skating On The Pond” and “Snowy Bridge.” Each song finds the longtime Panic member going solo to display his impressive handiwork on piano. JoJo previously shared “Curious Birds” in 2022 and “Almost Infinite” in 2021. Stream JoJo Hermann’s latest creations via his website.

JoJo Hermann and Widespread Panic bandmate drummer Duane Trucks were among Daniel Donato‘s many guests last Saturday night at his Cosmic Country Christmas Jam. Hermann and Trucks sat in on covers of Neil Young’s “Are You Ready For The Country?” and J.J. Cale’s “Ride Me High.”
Widespread Panic are gearing up to end 2023 with a three-night New Year’s Eve run at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta December 29 – 31. The sextet will start 2024 by performing at the Stifel Theatre in St. Louis between January 18 – 20. Find a full list of dates below.
