White Denim shared new singles, “I Don’t Understand Rock And Roll” and “Work.” The pair of tracks appear on the band’s new album, World As A Waiting Room, which lands on streaming services this Friday, May 8.

White Denim wrote, recorded, mixed and mastered World As A Waiting Room in a span of 30 days while forced off the road due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. The Austin-based band started the project on March 18 and released a limited edition of the record on April 17. White Denim members guitarist James Petralli, bassist Steve Terebecki and drummer Greg Clifford recorded the album with engineer Ian Salazar at their Radio Milk recording studio in Austin, Texas. Additional guest musicians recorded their parts at home while sheltering place.
