The Werks Cover Jimi Hendrix In Madison

The Werks brought their Inside A Dream Tour to Madison, Wisconsin for a show at the High Noon Saloon on Friday night. The band’s performance featured a cover of a classic Jimi Hendrix song, as well as a musical tribute to The Beatles producer George Martin.
The Werks set included a rendition of their “Cloud Hopper” during which they jammed on The Beatles’ “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” in honor of the late “Fifth Beatle” who recently passed away at age 90. The night’s two-song encore was capped by a cover of Jimi Hendrix’ “Bold As Love,” video of which was captured by izeoftheworldphotos and can be viewed below:
The Inside A Dream Tour continues at Zydeco in Birmingham, Alabama on Thursday, March 17.
