Ween Announces April 2022 Concerts In Austin & New Orleans

The shows in New Orleans will take place during the first weekend of Jazz Fest.

Ween confirmed new April 2022 tour dates in Austin and New Orleans. The band led by Mickey “Dean Ween” Melchiondo and Aaron “Gene Ween” Freeman will play Austin on April 28 before heading to New Orleans for a two-night stand on April 29 and 30.

Austin’s Moody Amphitheater will host Ween on April 28. The New Orleans shows, which come during the first weekend of Jazz Fest, will take place at the Orpheum Theater. Ween last played the Crescent City way back on October 30, 2009 as per BrownBase. Tickets for all three nights will be available to the general public starting this Friday, January 28 at 10 a.m. CT via Ticketmaster (April 28, April 29, April 30).

Ween starts their 2022 touring action with three nights at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York spanning February 18 – 20. Also on the books are a March run in the Midwest and summer trip to the Pacific Northwest.
