Watch Ed Sheeran’s 1st Live ‘For Always’ & ‘Heaven’ Performances
The songs are the final two tracks on his latest album, Play.

Ed Sheeran brought his tour supporting his new album Play to Coventry Building Society Arena in Coventry, England for a Friday night concert. The singer-songwriter added two Play songs to the setlist, debuting both “For Always” and “Heaven.”
Sheeran’s brief 2025 European Tour got underway recently and, with the additions of “For Always” and “Heaven,” he has performed 10 of the 13 tracks on the standard version of Play (a deluxe 27-track version was released last month). Shows have seen Sheeran accompanied by longtime collaborators, Irish folk band Beoga, who joined him for “Heaven” and “For Always.”
Performed separately in Coventry, “For Always” and “Heaven” are paired together as the final two songs on the standard Play edition. Watch Sheeran’s live debuts of “For Always” and “Heaven” below:

Sheeran’s remaining December 2025 European Tour dates include December 7 in Manchester, England, followed by the tour’s conclusion in Dublin, Ireland on December 9. Sheeran’s global Loop Tour begins next year.
