Vulfpeck supplied another single in advance of the release of their next studio album, Schvitz. The newly available track, “Earworm,” features Jack Stratton on lead vocals.
“Earworm” follows the recent release of “Sauna,” the lead single off Schvitz. The album, set for a 2023 release, is available to pre-order via a Qrates crowdfunding campaign.
The 10-track Schvitz serves as the follow-up to the band’s 2020 album, The Joy Of Music, The Job Of Real Estate. The pending release also follows Vulfpeck’s July 2022 set at Levitate Music & Arts Festival in Marshfield, Massachusetts where the group dressed for a schvitz, a Yiddish bath and more.
Along with Stratton, “Earworm” was recorded by Woody Goss on Wurlitzer, Cory Wong and Theo Katzman on acoustic guitars, Joe Dart on bass, Joey Dosik on saxophone and Antwaun Stanley on drums.
The newly available track, like its predecessor, arrived with a video featuring the members of the band performing the song, fittingly, inside a sauna.
