Video: Bob Weir Leads Green Leaf Rustlers On ‘West L.A. Fadeaway’ At Sweetwater

As reported, Bob Weir was Green Leaf Rustlers‘ special guest on Thursday night at Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, California.
The former Grateful Dead rhythm guitarist emerged at the start of the second set to join the Chris Robinson-led country rock act that on Thursday night featured the lineup of drummer John Molo, bassist Pete Sears, multi-instrumentalist Barry Sless and Isaiah Mitchell, who was filling in for guitarist Greg Loiacono, who is currently on tour with The Mother Hips. Weir sat-in for a three-song stretch that featured takes on Bobby Womack’s “It’s All Over Now” and the Dead’s own “They Love Each Other” and “West L.A. Fadeaway.”
