Van Morrison Announces Boston & Atlanta Shows

In 2015, Van Morrison played just one show in the U.S. Thankfully for American fans 2016 will see more performances from “Van The Man” stateside. Most recently, Morrison announced performances in Alpharetta, Georgia and Boston.

Van’s previously announced first trip to the U.S. in 2016 takes place in January, when Morrison will perform two nights (January 15 and 16) at The Shrine in Los Angeles followed by three nights (January 18 – 20) at the Fox Theater in Oakland. Tickets to all shows except the 15th are currently sold out. The Northern Irish singer/songwriter will return to the states in April. So far Morrison has announced a performance at the Atlanta area outdoor amphitheater Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park in Alpharetta on April 24 as well as a show at Boston’s Wang Theatre on April 26.

A limited number of tickets for the Alpharetta show remain via Ticketmaster. Tickets for Boston go on sale to the general public Saturday, December 12 at 10 a.m. ET.
