Umphrey’s McGee Performs ‘Sludge & Death’ In Atlanta: Pro-Shot Video

Umphrey’s McGee shared professionally-shot video featuring “Sludge & Death” from the first night of their recent two-night stand at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, Georgia. The metal-tinged “Sludge & Death” came within the second set at Umphrey's McGee's Plan Bee tour opener last Friday, April 30.
“Sludge & Death” was debuted by the sextet at The Crowbar in State College, Pennsylvania on February 23, 2004. The song has only been played 12 times since. Friday’s version was UM’s first “Sludge & Death” in 119 shows as the band had last performed the tune on February 14, 2019 in Brooklyn, New York.

In other Umphrey’s McGee news, the band introduced a ticket lottery system for their upcoming concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado June 18 – 20. Both three-day passes and tickets to individual shows will be available via the lottery with three-day pass requests filled first.
