Turkuaz Announces Summer Tour 2021

The band will play 11 headlining shows this August surrounded by 'Remain In Light' tributes.

Turkuaz confirmed a summer tour mostly consisting of headlining dates in August. The band’s August concerts come between Remain In Light tributes with special guests Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew in July and September.

Previously announced Remain In Light tributes to Talking Heads are scheduled for Greenfield Lake Amphitheater in Wilmington, North Carolina on July 22 and at this year’s FloydFest in Floyd, Virginia on July 23. Turkuaz then go it alone throughout August with the exception of a handful of shows featuring Thumpasaurus as support.

Turkuaz kicks off the August portion of their tour at Pine Creek Lodge in Livingston, Montana on August 11 and with a free show at Music On Main in Victor, Idaho on August 12. Another free concert comes next at Canyons in Park City, Utah on August 14. The tour continues in Huntsville, Utah on August 15 before a trip to Colorado for shows in Aspen on August 16 and Vail on August 17.

The Lincoln in Cheyenne, Wyoming hosts Turkuaz on August 20. From there, Thumpasaurus come aboard to open in Santa Fe, New Mexico on August 24 and for a swing through Texas that includes stops in Dallas on August 26, Austin on August 27 and Houston on August 28. Turkuaz will then team with Harrison and Belew for Remain In Light tributes at Bonnaroo on September 3 and BottleRock on September 5.
