SiriusXM’s Jam On (Channel 29) has been turned into Phish Radio. The limited-run station will air interviews with members of the bands, live tracks, studio cuts, drummer Jon Fishman’s “The Errant Path” program and more through August 16. Then, the station will be re-named The Bunny and will broadcast live from Phish‘s Curveball festival in Watkins Glen, New York throughout the event. One of the programs airing on Phish Radio is “Ask Trey,” a question-and-answer session with guitarist Trey Anastasio. SiriusXM shared video featuring one of Trey’s responses.

Listener Alex asked Anastasio for his initial impressions of meeting Jon Fishman. Trey recalled spying Fish on the campus of the University Of Vermont during his first day at the school. “It was kinda like love at first sight,” the guitarist said of spotting Jon Fishman. He then told host Ari Fink that the pair wound up in the same dorm compound and quickly starting jamming together.
