Trampled by Turtles will release a new album entitled Alpenglow via Thirty Tigers on October 28. The Minnesota-based sextet confirmed new fall and winter headlining tour dates in the support of the LP and unveiled its lead single, “It’s So Hard To Hold On.”

Produced by Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy, Alpenglow marks the group’s 10th studio album and follows 2018’s Life Is Good On The Open Road. The 11-track LP features 10 tracks penned by TbT guitarist Dave Simonett with the other written by Jeff Tweedy.

Trampled By Turtles follows a brief run of summer headlining dates with an extensive fall and winter tour. The trek starts in Pittsburgh on November 3 and includes stops across the Northeast through November 12. From there, TbT returns home to Minnesota for a show in Minneapolis on November 26. The tour resumes in December with concerts in Atlanta, Winston-Salem, Cincinnati, Tulsa, Fayetteville (Arkansas), St. Louis and Kansas City. Additionally, the band announced a January swing through California that includes shows in San Francisco, West Hollywood and San Diego.

“It’s So Hard To Hold On” arrived with a video featuring contributions from fans. Trampled By Turtles asked their followers to send in photos and videos documenting their time seeing the band perform live. Watch the final product below:
