Tour Dates | The Who Hits 50 North American Tour

This morning The Who have announced the North American dates for their The Who Hits 50 Tour which includes two legs, one running from April 15th to May 30th and the other from September 14th to November 4. Pete Townshend has said in the past The Who’s 50th anniversary world tour will be the band’s last, but we have heard that before.

The Who Hits 50 Tour kicks off its spring run April 15 in Tampa and includes 20 stops throughout the east before coming to a close on May 30 at Forest Hills Tennis Stadium in NYC. The fall leg begins on September 14 in San Diego and starts off with west coast dates throughout the U.S. and across Canada before concluding November 4 in Philadelphia. Tickets for all shows go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 17 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at thewho.com.

According to a press release, “setlists on these shows will take their audience on an Amazing Journey through The Who’s entire career, from the band’s early days to classic albums through the present day.” Townshend and lead singer Roger Daltrey are the only original members still in the band.
