Tom Petty’s family issued a cease and desist order to the Trump campaign telling the organization to stop using the Tom Petty song “I Won’t Back Down.” The order was issued after the song played at Trump’s rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Saturday.

“I Won’t Back Down” originally appears on Petty’s 1989 debut solo album, Full Moon Fever, and is a co-write with Jeff Lynne and also features George Harrison. This isn’t the first time the Petty camp has issued a cease and desist order for the song. George W. Bush used it in his 2000 campaign for president and received a cease and desist order from Petty’s publisher.
