The New Mastersounds Announce Spring Tour

Funk group The New Mastersounds have confirmed a Spring Tour set for this coming April and May. The 18 show jaunt will take the band along the East Coast and Midwest, with guests Moon Hooch on board to open several nights.

The New Mastersounds will return to the road after a February tour focused on the western half of the U.S. with a four-show stand at Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn beginning April 14 and featuring two shows on April 16. Moon Hooch will be on the bill for 12 of the newly confirmed gigs including the first night of Brooklyn Bowl, as well as stops at Higher Ground in Burlington, Terminal West in Atlanta and the Spring Tour closer in Nashville at Exit/In.

According to the tour announcement, “The New Mastersounds will also unveil a new studio recording” at some point during the run. A presale for tickets is currently underway via this link. General public tickets go on sale starting Friday, January 29 at 10 a.m. ET.
