The Disco Biscuits Expand Richmond Run & Announce Livestreams

The Disco Biscuits added a third night at Richmond’s The National this Saturday, March 12 following previously announced concerts at the venue tomorrow (March 10) and Friday, March 11. Livestreams featuring all three Richmond shows are available via Couchtour.tv.

The Disco Biscuits recently released “Lake Shore Drive,” their first studio single in over 10 years. “To make this song, we took some techniques and styles from on stage at our live shows and brought them into the studio for what we think is yet another evolution of the Biscuits’ sound,” wrote the band in a statement regarding the Cloudchord-produced track. “We had a lot of fun making this together, and there’s more where that come from headed your way soon.”
A new the Disco Biscuits studio album is expected this summer through the band’s own label in partnership with The Orchard. Look for a new single each month in advance of the upcoming LP.
