The Avett Brothers Outline 2024 Spring & Summer Tour Dates

Americana act The Avett Brothers announced details of their 2024 Spring and Summer Tour Dates at venues across the United States. Sierra Ferrell, Trampled by Turtles and Sammy Rae & The Friends will each open select shows over the course of the extensive excursion.

The Avett Brothers also confirmed their headlining appearances at the last two nights of Moon Crush An Avett Moon, a three-day beach weekend presented by Topeka in Miramar Beach, Florida November 8 – 10, 2024. Greensky Bluegrass, Grace Potter, Shakey Graves, Band of Horses, Jamestown Revival, The Brook & The Bluff and an artist to be announced round out the Avett Moon lineup.

After heading to Mexico in April for the The Avett Brothers At The Beach 2024, the group kicks off their spring tour at The Mann Center in Philadelphia on May 16 with City and Colour. The band led by Scott Avett and Seth Avett then brings Ferrell aboard as support for shows in Queens on May 17, Boston on May 18, New Haven (Connecticut) on May 21, Albany on May 23 and Canandaigua (New York) on May 24.

The headline tour resumes in California a few weeks later June with concerts in Paso Robles on June 15 and Sacramento on June 16. Next, The Avetts and Iron & Wine play Taos, New Mexico on July 3 ahead of the band’s annual three-night stand at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Little Feat opens at Red Rocks on July 5 with Melissa Etheridge supporting on July 6 and Dawes beginning the action on July 7. The Avett Brothers then head to the Pacific Northwest for engagements in Missoula, Montana on July 10; Redmond, Washington on July 12; Troutdale, Oregon on July 13 and Bend, Oregon on July 14.

In August, The Avett Brothers will focus on the Midwest. Trampled by Turtles opens in Maryland Heights, Missouri on August 17 and East Troy, Wisconsin on August 18. From there, the group hits Columbus on August 20, Detroit on August 21 and Cleveland on August 23 with Sammy Rae & The Friends before going it alone in Newport, Kentucky on August 24.

Tickets for all shows besides Red Rocks and Avett Moon go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 19 at 10 a.m. local time after an Avett Guild presale begins on Tuesday, January 16 at noon local time. Red Rocks tickets can be purchased by Avett Guild members on Tuesday, January 30 at noon MT before the general on-sale starts on Friday, February 2 at 10 a.m. MT. Moon Crush An Avett Moon passes will be available to the general public on Friday, January 19 at 2 p.m. ET following a Topeka presale on Monday, January 15 at 6 p.m. ET and the Avett Guild presale on Wednesday, January 17 at 10 a.m. ET.
