TAUK & Kanika Moore Heat Up ‘Jam In The Van’ With Fiery Session

TAUK and Kanika Moore spent the tail end of 2022 on the road together for a “TAUK Moore” tour. The Long Island-based progressive jam quartet and Doom Flamingo vocalist brought the collaborative trek to California last November, where they loaded into the Jam In The Van mobile recording studio to film a recently released installment of the video series.
The five musicians initially joined forces for a series of festival appearances and then hit the studio together. What was originally booked as a single session turned into TAUK and Kanika Moore spending two weeks in the studio writing and recording new material. TAUK Moore will continue to share the stage into 2023 with collaborative runs spanning January 31 – February 4 and February 24 – March 4.
TAUK and Kanika Moore’s Jam In The Van set was captured in San Jose, California. The four-song session began with “Daydreams,” the five musicians’ latest single. Moore then led the quartet through a performance of their debut original single, “STFU.”
“In lieu of the temperature inside this room, this song is entitled ‘Supernova,'” Moore quipped as an introduction to the penultimate song of the 20-minute set. TAUK and Kanika Moore then wrapped their Jam In The Van session with the hard-hitting “Deal Breaker.”
